Amine Hajji

Why Nazareth?

"I have been teaching for 10 years and felt it was time to deepen my knowledge in inclusive education. Understanding how to accommodate learners with autism or those who come from diverse racial, linguistic, or cultural backgrounds has given me new strategies to create supportive, inclusive classrooms. Each course blends theory with real-world application, adding effective techniques to my professional toolkit. From day one at Nazareth, I have felt part of an environment that wants me to succeed. This spirit of collaboration goes beyond surface-level support, creating a culture of genuine mentorship, including professionals from the Center for International Education, my academic advisor, and my program director. Upon returning to Tunisia, I plan to serve as an inspector of education and coach for fellow teachers. This role will allow me to influence educational policy and support educators throughout the country. My position will enable me to make a meaningful impact, making sure that inclusive practices are woven into daily classroom routines to benefit every child."
