Undergraduate student teaching is听an all-day twelve to fourteen week culminating clinical experience (typically split into two six to 7 week placements) for all teacher candidates who are seeking their Bachelor's Degree and an听initial听certification in a teacher educator program.

• Before completing your application, please carefully read听The Undergraduate Student Teaching Information Packet.

• After reading the information packet, complete the appropriate student teaching application:

• Music Education Application

• ALL documents must be completed and submitted digitally as a PDF to fieldexp@naz.edu.

• Please remember to save the PDF with your听Last name_First name_Student Teaching Application_Program.

• Pictures taken on your phone will听not听be accepted.

• Remember all student teaching applications听require a resume that is in the preferred School of Education format.
