Bathrooms

• Most apartments in Portka have two full bathrooms within that apartment.听Each bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink. Students in the apartment are responsible for cleaning their own bathroom.听
• 140, 240, 340 & 440 are ADA compliant bathrooms. This means they have 1 large bathroom with a row of 4 sinks, 1 separate shower room and 1 separate toilet room inside the bathroom.

Common Spaces

• Each floor has its own lounge space. The first and the third floor hold the largest venues.
• The second floor has a terrace over looking Lyons and Breen.
• Each apartment has its own living room within the apartment.

Kitchen

• Each apartment has a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator.听
• A dishwasher and garbage disposal is available听in each apartment.

Laundry

• Laundry is free and there are laundry rooms on each floor with multiple washers and dryers available.
