Graduation Application
Required to initiate the degree completion process and to ensure that your diploma lists your name the way you want it.
Both GRADUATE and UNDERGRADUATE students:

Participating in Commencement Prior to Degree Completion
Any student who wishes to participate in the commencement ceremony prior to completing all requirements must meet the criteria outlined in the . If a student can meet the criteria, a Petition to Walk聽is required no later than March 15 prior to that year's ceremony.
Diploma Reorder
- Replacement Diplomas cost $15.00 (plus tax and additional cost for rush delivery or fedex).
- 聽to order a diploma though Parchment.
- Log into Parchment, or set up an account if you do not already have one.
- Select the Replacement Diploma option and follow the instructions given.

- Please allow 5-10 business days for the order to be processed and mailed out.
In support of our transgender and gender-expansive alumnx, Nazareth will provide a complimentary, no-cost, reprint of diplomas for members of these communities so that this important symbol of their time at Naz, which hangs in offices across the world, represents who each of our graduates are authentically. Please email registrar@naz.edu with your request instead of submitting the form above.
