Are you a music major who is interested in performing in a series of concerts in Poland? Join us for sightseeing and performances throughout Rzeszow, 碍谤补办贸飞 and Warsaw!

Program Dates

This program runs during Summer A. Dates are May 24- June 3, 2025.

Itinerary

Saturday, May 24: Leave the Naz campus at noon. Travel听by charter bus to Toronto. Fly from Toronto听to Poland.听

May 25-28: Rzeszow

May 28-June 1: Krakow

June 1-3: Warsaw

Tuesday, June 3: Fly from Warsaw to听Toronto. Travel by charter bus to Naz campus and arrive @ midnight.听

Accommodations

In each city, we will be staying in a different set of accommodations ranging from hotels to apartment stays.

The total cost for this trip in 2025 is $3,400.00

The program fee includes:

  • Airfare: $1,600.00
听
  • Program Fee: $1,800.00 which includes all accommodations, charter bus transportation in the US and Poland, some meals, trip, sightseeing and events.

  • Cell phone international charges

  • Dress/tuxedo and dress shoes for concert
听
  • Personal spending money and miscellaneous expenses

Funding Sources:

For听SPARK eligible students, you will receive the听$1,500 SPARK Grant听from the Center for Life's Work.
听
For听non-SPARK eligible students, you will be eligible for some funding from the Center for International Education.
听

For Music Majors only, you are eligible for $100.00 from the School of Music.

Payment Timeline

Payments may be submitted via cash or check to CIE. Checks should be made out to听夜色视频.听

November 15, 2024: $500.00 due听

December 13, 2024: $700.00 due (non-refundable beyond this point)

January 24, 2025: $600.00 due (final payment for SPARK students)

February 24, 2025: $600.00 due (for non-SPARK and grad students)

April 7, 2025: $500.00 due (for non-SPARK and grad students) $600 due for students with no School of Music funding
