Nazareth welcomed its inaugural senior people officer in October 2022. She previously spent 19 years at the Xerox Corporation and hopes to use her seasoned perspective and strategic vision to help propel the campus to new heights in the areas of process improvement, people support, and talent development.
I'm inspired by the opportunity to help people and transform how we work. My clearest thoughts come to me early in the morning. I find this to be my most productive, introspective time. It brings clarity to my intentions and work.
