Theresa Coleman Noonan 鈥63, Hist., traveled to Tanzania to visit Nazareth alumnae with members of the Tanzanian Action Team at St. Joseph鈥檚 parish in Rochester. She taught geography in several classes at St. Mary鈥檚 School for Girls at Mazinde Juu, one of the highest rated schools in the country, and has set up a pen pal program that connects young Rochester-area girls with Tanzanian students.
Diane Aceto Davis 鈥67, Speech Path., and her husband Joe have four grown sons and seven grandchildren.
Martha O鈥橤rady Evans 鈥73, Studio Art, is a part-time professor of education at Elmira College in Elmira, N.Y. Before retiring in 2006, she taught at Watkins Glen Central School for 30 years.
Elizabeth Sloma 鈥75, Speech Path., retired in May 2012 after 31+ years at Monroe County Dept. of Human Services and moved to San Antonio in June 2012.
Perri Berg Hogan 鈥76, Art Ed., is an adjunct English professor at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse. She is an MLA and APA documentation specialist and gives presentations on the subject at various colleges throughout New York. She continues to do personal creative work, designing dresses for her granddaughter and designing crochet patterns. She is also a freelance greeting card writer and has written six children鈥檚 picture book stories and an adult novel. Hogan is starting a career as a voice-over talent for commercial advertising, narration, and audio books.

Don Kot 鈥87, Music Perf., director of Nazareth鈥檚 musical theatre program, directed the music for Geva Theater鈥檚 production of A Christmas Carol last December. Performing as well were Morgan Naum 鈥14, Kayla Perconti 鈥14, Meaghan Richardson 鈥10, and Ashley Squairs 鈥14. Nazareth鈥檚 long-time adjunct instructor in dance, Meggins Kelley, choreographed the production.

Michael Park 鈥90, Art, played the role of 鈥淕ooper鈥 on Broadway鈥檚 Cat on a Hot Tin Roof last winter. This summer, he will perform on Broadway in Tuck Everlasting.
Katherine Rogala 鈥91, Acct., had an outstanding career in public accounting and is now working for Rochester General Hospital as the VP of Ambulatory Care.
Katharine 鈥淜at鈥 Evans 鈥92, Studio Art, Art Ed., is a visual effects artist at The Paint Collective, creating special effects for feature films such as Rango, Star Trek, Super 8, Transformers, X-Men 2, and many others. She is also a part-time instructor at the Academy of Art, University in San Francisco. She worked at Industrial Light & Magic until 2010 when she gave birth to her daughter, Charlotte.
Michael S. Fedison 鈥94, Eng., self-published a young adult novel, The Eye-Dancers, which is available as an e-book from Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
Sean Ferrell 鈥94, Philos., published his second novel, the time-travel murder mystery Man in the Empty Suit (Soho Press, 2013).
Kolleen Sulli 鈥94, Bus. Admin., worked for Eastman Kodak Company for three years and is now working for the pharmaceutical company Pfizer.
Sue Egan-Mongiovi 鈥95, Studio Art, is the owner of Sue Egan Photography, a wedding/portrait photography business in Rochester.
Anthony 鈥淭ony鈥 Caprio 鈥96, Biochem., relocated from UNC-Chapel Hill to Charlotte, N.C. and joined the Department of Family Medicine at the Carolinas Medical Center. He is developing clinical and educational programs in geriatric medicine and palliative care.
Laura Taylor 鈥96, Studio Art, is a sign shop team leader at Wegmans in Rochester. She earned a B.F.A. in computer animation from the Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota, Fla., earned a black belt in tae kwon do, performs with the long-form improv teams Provumentary and Pinched with Four Aces, and performs in Spirits of the Past at Genesee Country Museum in a rendition of Bluebeard.
Sherri Baker Hamilton 鈥97, GR/ILL, did design and illustration work for the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester and won both a Silver and a Gold American Advertising Federation Award in 2011. She is now teaching in the Visual Communications Design program at Nazareth.
Amelia Hugill-Fontanel 鈥97, Art Hist., has been assistant curator of the Cary Graphic Arts Collection at Rochester Institute of Technology since 2009. Since graduating from Nazareth, she earned a Master of Science in printing technology from RIT. In 2001 she became production editor of RIT鈥檚 Cary Graphic Arts Press, where she published several books on the collection鈥檚 unique holdings and continued to provide supplementary patron services support. Her previous experience in archival collections management includes photography collection curatorial assistant at George Eastman House, International Museum of Photography and Film in Rochester. She recently curated the exhibitions The Light of the Sublime, The Work of Rumi, and The Work of Isaiah Thomas in the RIT Cary Collection. Hugill-Fontanel is also a letterpress printer for fun.
Meredith Snow 鈥99, Art Therapy/Psych., is an art therapist and art and science instructor at the University of California San Francisco, Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute, and Aspire College Academy. She was formerly an art facilitator with Stanford Hospital and Clinics, where she worked with medically fragile adults and presented to students and staff in the Biomedical Ethics and Medical Humanities Scholarly Concentration program. Her recent exhibitions include Oakland F3 (April 2012), a series of large acrylic paintings based on her work in a hospital setting (Myth, Medicine, and the Muse).
Tim Winter 鈥00, Art Hist./Studio Art, is creative supervisor/art at JAY Advertising. He recently completed an ad campaign in collaboration with the Rochester Ad Council and the Gandhi Institute for Rochester鈥檚 Season for Nonviolence. Some of the work from the campaign will be featured in the 2012 PRINT Regional Design Annual and exhibited at the HOW Design Conference in San Francisco in June 2013. The billboard series won an international award from Graphis and will appear in the 100 Best in Advertising Annual.
Dan Moosbrugger 鈥01, Art Ed., is an art teacher at Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers, Ind. He also coaches junior high boys and girls tennis and has an infant daughter.

Phoebe Home Allentown, a 395-bed skilled nursing facility, provides short-term rehab, long-term care, specialized memory support, and geriatric care management services to the surrounding community.
Brad Daruszka 鈥04, GR/ILL/Studio Art, does graphic design and production and serves as secretary (and baby and dog sitter) at Turning Point Signs in Fairport, N.Y. He is currently working on a Halloween art show that was displayed last year at Dub Land Underground in Rochester.
Tom Moyer 鈥04, GR/ILL, is senior art director at Mason Selkowitz Marketing in Penfield, N.Y., where he has worked since 2004. He recently launched Downhill Threads, a new line of shirts for skiers featuring his own designs.

He is represented by Charon Kransen Arts in New York City and has participated in SOFA (Sculpture Objects Functional Art & Design) New York, Chicago, and Santa Fe annually since 2008. His work has been exhibited internationally in Japan, Korea, Italy, Spain, and Germany.

Ashley Hayes 鈥12, Art, is teaching first grade and fourth grade at Pioneers School in Palestine. Her job is similar to an elementary school teacher鈥檚 job in the United States. There are about 10 other teachers from the U.S., most of whom have degrees relating to international relations or human rights. The private school is funded by a nonprofit organization seeking to improve the quality of education in Palestine.
Sean Lounsberry 鈥12, GR/ILL, Hist., is an optician with Optimax Systems, Inc. in Webster, N.Y. He is still drawing, painting, and sculpting in his free time and recently had a solo exhibition in the Fountain Arts Center in Belmont, N.Y., and participated in the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute鈥檚 63rd Exhibition of Central New York Artists in February.

Sister Dorothea Kunz on Aug. 2, 2012. A member of the S.S.J. Congregation since 1941, Sister Dorothea received her baccalaureate degree in mathematics from Nazareth College and her master鈥檚 degree from Cornell University, subsequently pursuing additional graduate study at Columbia University. After teaching mathematics at Nazareth Academy for two years, she was appointed to the Nazareth College faculty in 1947. She served as chair of the mathematics department as well as founder and director of the College鈥檚 Academic Advisement Center and retired in 1992.
Dennis Silva on Sept. 26, 2012. Silva served as the vice president for academic affairs at Nazareth College from 1987 to 2007. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Linda Silva, and two grandchildren. Donations in his memory may be made to the Deborah and Dennis Silva Endowed Scholarship at Nazareth College.
