Apply: Speech-Language Pathology

through the Communication & Speech Disorders centralized application (CSDCAS),聽which includes submitting:

  • Transcripts from all colleges attended
    • DO NOT send your transcript directly to Nazareth聽University.聽We are not able to upload transcripts into CSDCAS. They need to be sent directly to CSDCAS.
  • professional statements
  • three letters of recommendation

All materials must be submitted and verified by the application deadline for your indicated start term.

If the application fee is a barrier:

  • 聽for qualifying students.聽
  • Additionally, we have a limited number of CSDCAS application fee waivers available. To be considered for a fee waiver, complete the聽聽form. Requests submitted by the following dates for Fall and Spring start terms:
    • Fall
      • December 15
    • Spring
      • August 8聽
